Bryan E. Reynolds, Executive Officer, President and Founder
After serving 20 years in the United States Air Force as a Medical Laboratory Tech,
    Bryan retired to pursue his passion of nature photography full time.  He delighted
    in the challenge of photographically capturing beautiful subjects especially butterflies.
     After visiting many public lands and collaborating with many experts in the field
    of butterfly study, he realized how quickly some species were disappearing directly
    as the result of human activity.  He then felt the need to inform the public, especially
    younger people, about the perils of butterflies and how it directly affects all of
    us.  And thus he founded The Butterflies of the World Foundation (BOTWF).  The BOTWF
    was formed on 27 April 2007 and 501(c)(3) tax-
